3. Personal Data We Collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily submit:

  • name
  • email address
  • your inquiry (message content)

Used exclusively to respond to inquiries.

3.2. Email communication

Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded directly to our company email address and not stored in any additional database.

An automatic “we received your message” reply is sent via Resend.

3.3. Booking data (Bokun)

All reservations and payments are handled exclusively through the Bokun booking system (Tripadvisor company), embedded on our website.

Bokun collects data necessary for booking, including:

  • name and contact details
  • booking details (date, service type, number of guests)
  • payment information

We do not process or access payment card details.

Bokun’s own privacy policy applies to data processed in their system.

3.4. Technical data (Cloudflare)

Our website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages, which may collect:

  • IP address
  • browser information
  • security logs

This is used strictly for security and functionality.

We process your data based on:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting, CDN, security
  • Resend, Inc. – email forwarding and autoresponders
  • Bokun / Tripadvisor Group – booking and payment system

5.2. Legal requirements

We may disclose data if required by law or an official authority.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Cloudflare, Resend, and Bokun may process personal data outside the EU.

These transfers are protected using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR-compliant safeguards.

7. Data Retention

Contact form inquiries: kept only as long as needed to respond, up to 12 months.

Booking-related data: stored within Bokun according to legal and operational requirements.

Cloudflare logs: stored per Cloudflare’s internal retention policies.

  • object to processing
